We are currently seeking a Healthcare Practice Leader.
Successful candidates will be passionate about design; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; has excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams, foster and nurture Client relationships. Responsibilities will include developing and growing relationships across the healthcare spectrum; business development and client management, market leadership, speaking engagements, and industry events. Additional responsibilities include leading in a team environment across the firm; additionally partnering with our Project Managers, Project Architects, Interior Designers, and Intern Architects on active production projects as well as contributing to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm. As such, you will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities. This position reports to the Chief Practice Officer.
This role is fully responsible for managing the healthcare practice, its teams and projects across the firm. Qualified applicants possess an accredited professional Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture as well as an active architecture license; a progressive work history with 12-15+ years of experience leading design projects with significant Client and community interface.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting. Travel is expected across multiple offices, firm-wide and client locations.
