We are currently seeking an Systems Administrator I or II.
Successful candidates will be passionate about design; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.
This position is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administrating a local area network along with working with a team of technology professionals to administer a wide area network with over 330 users in 8 cities in the Southeast. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and later versions, Microsoft Windows 7 and later versions, and Microsoft Office 2010 and later versions required. Knowledge of Dell workstations, laptops, and servers desired. Knowledge of Dell EqualLogic SAN, Cisco switches, and programming experience helpful.
Qualified applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree, or are currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree, in a related field from an accredited school; and a minimum of 6-months of progressive work experience.
This position works on the implementation of workstations, servers, network infrastructure, and software services in a graphically intensive environment. This position is responsible for monitoring and adjusting the LAN / WAN interconnectivity, maintaining network-level security, ensuring the stability and integrity of the network and provided services, and evaluating the impact of additional technologies, services, or changes to the network infrastructure and operational logistics.
