    LS3P is seeking a bright, ambitious individual to join our team.  We are looking for a Receptionist to assist the entire Raleigh office providing daily support scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, general office tasks, contract administration, etc.  With over 50 years of design excellence in diverse projects across the Southeast and beyond, we offer exciting opportunities for staff to develop career and personal goals within a fast-paced, inspiring and professional environment.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    Successful candidates will be passionate about customer service to our internal team; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.  Ideal candidates possess a two or four year degree in Liberal Arts, Communciations, Business, or a related field as well as progressive work history with 2-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm.  Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Word and Excel support to principals (meeting minutes, spreadsheets, budgets, Planifi updates, schedules, expense reports, etc.)
    2. Travel coordination, including flight, rental and hotel car reservations for LS3P employees and out-of-town guests
    3. Coordination of conferences and meetings
    4. Meeting preparation, including conference room set up and clean up, catering orders, etc.
    5. Ensure a pleasant experience for all guests
    6. Support and distribute mail
    7. Manage the kitchen, organizes, dishwasher, etc.
    8. Schedule and organize weekly lunch-n-learns, including attendance, room reservation, room preparedness, clean up of post-sessions
    9. Order all office supplies; organize supplies for convenience and efficiency
    10. Order coffee and condiments
    11. Supply pick-up at store, when needed
    12. Coordinate with the building owner when maintenance is needed
    13. Main contact for janitorial issues, including improvement and reporting, trash, recycle, and waste management
    14. Assist OL and OFM with any other responsibilities requested
    15. Other duties as assigned or requested
    16. LS3P retains the right to change or assign other duties in this position
