    LS3P is seeking a bright, ambitious individual to join our team.  We are looking for a Receptionist | Administrative Assistant to assist the entire office providing daily support scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, general office tasks, contract administration, etc.  With over 50 years of design excellence in diverse projects across the Southeast and beyond, we offer exciting opportunities for staff to develop career and personal goals within a fast-paced, inspiring and professional environment.


    Successful candidates will be passionate about customer service to our internal team; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Word and Excel support to principals (meeting minutes, spreadsheets, budgets, Planifi updates, schedules, expense reports, etc.)
    2. Coordination of conferences and meetings
    3. Meeting preparation, including conference room set up and clean up
    4. Order lunch for meetings when needed
    5. Ensure a pleasant experience for all guests
    6. Support and distribute mail
    7. Greet and direct visitors to the firm
    8. Schedules meetings and conference rooms
    9. May arrange appointments for team members
    10. Assists with other related administrative duties as requested
    11. Maintans safe and clean reception area
    12. Maintains confidentiality among work teams
    13. Manage the kitchen, organize, load | unload dishwasher, etc.
    14. Schedule and organize weekly lunch-in-learns, including attendance, room reservation, room preparedness, clean up of post-sessions
    15. Order all office supplies, including organization of supplies
    16. Order coffee and condiments
    17. Supply pick-up at store, when needed
    18. Coordinate with the building owner when maintenance is needed
    19. Main contact for janitorial issues, including improvement and reporting, trash, recycle, and waste management
    20. LS3P retains the right to change or assign other duties in this position

    Typically reports to a supervisor or manager and works under immediate supervision.  Skills required are:

    Work Environment

    Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting.
