    We are currently seeking an Emerging Professional II.

     

    Successful candidates will be passionate about design; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Successful candidates will be passionate about design; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; has excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams, foster and nurture Client relationships, all are necessary to be a successful candidate.  Responsibilities will include working side by side in a team environment with our Project Managers, Project Architects, Interior Designers, and Intern Architects on active production projects as well as contributing to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm.  As such, you will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities.

    Qualifications

    Qualified applicants are required to possess a B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited architectural school or foreign equivalent.

     

    LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred. Design experience is necessary. Experience with graphics software such as Google SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is an advantage.

     

    Technical proficiency in the following is required: AutoDesk Revit Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

    • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills;
    • Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills;
    • Understanding of the design and procurement process;
    • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients;
    • Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations;
    • Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversight;
    • Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents.

     

    A cover letter, resume with salary history and salary expectations and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities is required.

     

    Work Environment

    Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting.

     

    Physical Demands
